Psyllium and bentonite are used as daily sweepers to carry out debris, reduce die-off effects and keep the bowels moving. Cascara is reserved for occasional backup support and is not used routinely. There are three different kits: Adult (120-250 pounds), Teen (60-120 pounds) and Child (35-60 pounds). There is also a Toddler protocol but we should discuss that before proceeding.
